Well, before Matt started his new job, we had a long Memorial Weekend to enjoy together. We decided what better way to spend it then to go camping? We have a CamperWorld membership which allows us to go to several private campgrounds. They have amenities such as playgrounds, game rooms, and some even have pools and golf courses. Well, we went to the CamperWorld in Mt. Pleasant (near Manti, UT) and had a great time! That CamperWorld has a pool, great playground and gameroom and isn't very far away. It worked out so well and we had a fun time. It happened to be Ephraim's Scandinavian Days so there was a parade, booths, and lots of good food! We had a fun time walking around and looking at everything and had a delicous pulled pork sandwich and funnel cake! So yummy!
After walking around for a couple hours we headed back to the campground and went swimming. Alora and Caleb had a blast! Emily didn't like it at all. I think the water was a little too cold for her. Maybe next time! We will definitely be going back to that campground again this summer. We have loved having our camp trailer and are looking forward to our next family camping trip!
