Easter 2010

Well, once again I was lazy and didn't take any pictures! Ugh! But we did have a great Easter weekend! We had the Easter bunny come on Friday night and when the kids woke up on Saturday they were so excited! Their baskets were FULL of candy and they each got a bouncy ball to play with. Then came the egg hunt. Alora was definitely more into it this year than Caleb, so needless to say, she found most of the eggs. Caleb just loved playing with his ball! We then spent the rest of the day working in the yard and being together. It was a pretty relaxing day!

On Sunday we woke up and talked about the true reason for Easter. I'm not sure the kids really understood, but I can hope! We then watched conference and then drove down to my grandparents house for a delicous Easter feast. It was fun to see all the cousins and the kids LOVED playing with each other! Shayla is in town for a few days, so my mom took Alora with her overnight (eek!) so they could play together and go swimming at the Rec Center. While Alora is gone Matt and I are going to paint her room. She is going to be very surprised!

Anyway, life is going well for us. We are getting excited to start some projects on the house and of course are counting down the months (that's right, we still have months!) until Emily gets here. We are really hoping to get more warm weather and my new goal is to get back in the habit of taking pictures!! Until next time!!
