Moving Day!!

We did it! We moved all of our stuff down to Price! Hurray! We still don't have a place to live, but at least all of our stuff is down there waiting for us! Here's how it went: Matt and I had been planning on going back to Idaho this last weekend to finish up the packing and hauling stuff away and all that, but we weren't going to actually move it all until next weekend. Well, we drove Matt's truck up there and after we got it all loaded and were on our way to the dump, it died! Matt knew what the problem was, but wasn't sure if he could get the part. Anyway, I was freaking out because we didn't have any way to get back to Utah! So, we decided that we would just rent the Uhaul now and move everything down, plus Matt has to work next weekend anyway, so it was just better that we move it all now. We were able to get the truck mostly loaded in just a couple of hours (thanks Cliff, Leslie, and Camille) and then the next morning we finished packing it up, cleaned the house, and we were on the road by 12:30pm. It happened so fast! It took us about 5 1/2 hours to get to Price and then another hour or so to unload it into our storage unit, but it's done! Yay!

Also, we got an offer on our house a couple of weeks ago and should be closing on it on May 15th or sooner! What a relief that was! It was only on the market for about 3 weeks, so it didn't take long (thankfully)! We're just grateful that our Heavenly Father is watching over us and helping us through this whole process. It's such a miracle that our house has sold so quickly and that we have been able to make this transition so smoothly. I know that we are doing the right thing and I know that everything is going to work out. I just can't wait to be together as a family again! In the meantime, the kids and I are staying with my mom in Bountiful (it's only 2 hours away), so at least we're closer! Time is going by so fast and I know it won't be long before we get settled!
