Well, it all started yesterday. We went shopping with Stefanie and I noticed that she didn't have a diaper bag. That's right. No diaper bag. I was confused. How in the world could she go anywhere without the bag? I mean, I carry a small suitcase with me everywhere I go. A diaper bag carries all of the essentials such as: diapers, changing pad, wipes, a change of clothes (for each kid), toys, binkies, back-up toys & binkies, snacks for the kids, snacks for mom (we all have our stash!), medicine (gas drops for the babies and Tylenol for me!), our wallets, and who knows what's on the bottom! Then she told me about the backpack. It's a device that goes on the back of the kids. You heard me right. The kids carry their stuff around. What a concept! I was so excited that I bought myself a bag (just for me and my stuff) and bought Alora a backpack to carry hers & Caleb's stuff. It's been great! Thanks Stefanie for the great idea! Way to figure that out. Mr. Q has been towing his own diapers and wipes since he could walk (although I did have to limit the amount of stuff I put in it cause sometimes he would fall over due to the weight!)
