I have been working really hard to lose weight for a long time, with not very much success. Well, I finally decided after looking at this picture that it was time to change things.

I'm not going to say how much I weighed, but it was too much. So that's when I decided to change, for real this time. My friend and I decided to try losing weight together. It helped so much to have someone to count on and who was counting on me to be there for our workouts and to compare notes with. I started counting calories and working out almost every day. It was hard and it took a lot of self control, but it has been totally worth it! I now run about 3-4 times a week for about 3.5 miles and I love it! I never thought I would enjoy running, but I actually do! It's a great way for me to relieve my stress and let everything from the day go. So now I can say that I've found success! I've lost almost 60 pounds! I still feel like I could lose a little more, but for now, I am loving feeling like myself again!
