3 Wonderful Years!

Yesterday was mine and Matt's 3 year anniversary. He was out of town for most of it, but got back in the early evening. When I opened the door he was standing there holding a bouquet of flowers and a card! So cute! And he also smelled wondeful! I know that's a funny thing to say, but he doesn't normally wear cologne, but he was wearing some when he got home. He knows that I like it, so while he was down in Utah he went and bought some (so thoughtful!). Anyway, we exchanged cards and then took the kids to his parents house (thanks guys!) and went to Applebees for dinner. It was so nice! I was so happy to have him home and then to be able to spend some "just us" time was fantastic! It's been a very busy three years together. We've moved numerous times, had two wonderful children, Matt's graduated from college, and bought a house! Whew! I think this next year we are going to slow things down a little bit and enjoy our wonderful lives! I am so grateful to have such a thoughtful and caring husband who is so patient with me. He is a wonderful father and a very hard worker. I couldn't ask for a better eternal companion. I love you, babe! Happy Anniversary!
