A Spooktacular Halloween!

Well, we hope everyone had a fantastic Halloween! Our night started off a little rough,

But then ended up being a fun night. We started off the night with getting the kids dressed in their costumes. What a chore! As you can see in the above picture, Alora was NOT wanting to dress up. After a few minutes she cooperated and we started passing out candy. At about dark, Matt took Alora trick or treating for the first time in a real neighborhood!
She learned how to say "trit treek" and got some candy. It was really cute! Caleb and I stayed home and kept on passing out the candy. Then our friends the Kellys, and the Johnstons came over! Hurray! We had our own little Halloween party. It was so much fun! Matt's parents also stopped by for a few minutes and brought Alora more candy! It was so nice to get all the kids together and play and that's exactly what they did! We loved having everyone over and definitely need to do a party like that again! Our night ended with the kids going to bed waaaay past their bedtime, and us too! It was a great night and can't wait to celebrate the next holiday! Here are some pictures of Alora and Caleb in their costumes. Enjoy!
Caleb was a puppy and Alora was "Dora the Explorer"
